App license
Flow Capture uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, also linked from the app’s purchase screen. That agreement sets out the license terms for the iPhone application.
Purchases and subscriptions
Available plans, billing periods, prices and any trial offer are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Apple handles App Store payments. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
Deleting Flow Capture or its cloud account does not cancel an Apple subscription. For billing assistance or a refund request, use Apple’s purchase support.
Your content and sharing
You choose the recordings, screenshots and comments to capture or share. Only record and share content you have permission to use. Review private information before sending a flow to someone else or to an external service.
Figma, Claude and Codex are separate services. Their terms apply when you use those services. A copy already downloaded by a recipient cannot be retracted by removing the shared export from Flow Capture.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional cloud features, retention and account deletion. You can delete your cloud account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Local projects are managed separately on your iPhone.
